Sip, Savor & Stroll at Disney Springs – Our Review and What You Need to Know
Disney Springs at Walt Disney World is a foodie lover’s dream since there are so many fantastic dining options for guests to enjoy. Some of our favorite places to dine are The Edison, Enzo’s Hideaway, and Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante. All three offer delicious food and an amazing atmosphere. That’s why we were very excited to check out a special event that recently took place where we could “sip, savor, and stroll” our way through each restaurant in one evening. Learn about the evening below!

Editor’s Note: The Patina Restaurant Group provided us with complimentary “Sip, Savor & Stroll” tickets. However, as always, the thoughts and opinions contained in this article are entirely our own.
1 – Sip, Savor & Stroll
On March 21, the three restaurants hosted a “Sip, Savor & Stroll” event, which required guests to purchase their spot ahead of time. While this event has passed, when we spoke to one of the managers, and she assured us they would likely offer it again. They also offer other special events throughout the year, such as the Breakfast with Santa at Maria & Enzo’s.
For this event, guests purchased tickets for their preferred time slot between 4:30 to 8:30 pm. The evening began at The Edison. The next stop was Enzo’s Hideaway, and finally, the last stop was at Maria & Enzo’s. All three restaurants offered a different food and drink pairing for guests to enjoy.
2 – The Edison
Our first stop was The Edison, which is known for its Roaring 20s-inspired food and drinks. We’ve always loved dining at the restaurant and love its cool 20s vibe. Here was the menu for this stop:
Sip: Sunny Disposition Porthole – St. Augustine cane vodka, Lillet Blanc, Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois, local Florida produce, displayed in The Edison’s signature porthole infuser
Savor: The Edison’s sourdough grilled cheese, lemon-basil tomato soup shooter
Chad and I both loved the sourdough-gilled grilled cheese and tomato soup. They were delicious. The drink was not overly sweet and, as Chad said, “dangerous” because it went down so easily.
3 – Enzo’s Hideaway
Once we were ready to move on, we were escorted to a back entrance to Enzo’s Hideaway, which felt perfect for the speakeasy feel of Enzo’s Hideaway. Here was the menu for this stop:
Sip: Enzoni – Ford’s gin, muddled grapes, lemon juice, simple syrup
Savor: saffron arancini, fior di latte mozzarella, citrus-roasted garlic aioli
Chad and I are not huge gin fans, so we were pleasantly surprised by the Enzoni drink. We really liked it. The mozzarella dish was also really good.
4 – Maria & Enzo’s Hideaway
Our last stop was at Maria and Enzo’s Hideaway on a private patio with gorgeous views of Aerophile and the water. Here was the menu for this stop:
Sip: Blood Orange Mule – Skyy blood orange vodka, Solerno blood orange liqueur, Fever-Tree blood orange ginger beer, lime juice
Savor: cannoli, sweet ricotta filling, candied orange, amarena cherry
This was my favorite pairing of the night. I really liked the Blood Orange Mule. The cannoli was fantastic, but the portion size was very small. I really wish it was bigger!
5 – Our Thoughts and Recommendations
The event was advertised as a limited-space event. We dined in the 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm time slot, and we thought the amount of people they had was just right. They had enough tables available for those on the stroll, but it wasn’t so crowded that we had to wait for our drinks and food. Because of the drinks offered, the event is only offered to those ages 21 and older.
We were thoroughly impressed with all of the servers, who were knowledgeable and attentive. The server at Enzo’s Hideaway made a last-minute alteration to the drink to make it more sweet than bitter, and we appreciated the fact that she explained the change.
As noted above, we loved that we were able to dine at each restaurant in a single evening. We loved that we had the opportunity to enjoy some exclusive pairings and offerings. Tickets for the event cost $75, which basically breaks down to about $25 per restaurant. Perhaps $17-20 per drink and $5-$8 per food item. Our only real complaint was while the food was delicious, the portion sizes were very small. As I noted above, our cannoli from Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante was my favorite, but it was the smallest portion of the night and was really small. However, to be fair, if I dined at the restaurant and ordered a regular-sized cannoli by itself, it would be $16. We feel that the event is a good opportunity to enjoy three unique food and drink pairings and each restaurant’s atmosphere, but it is not necessarily a way to save money. We really enjoyed our evening, and we hope they offer more events like this in the future.
