8 Things You Need to Know about Tutto Italia Ristorante

Tutto Italia Ristorante is an amazing restaurant at Epcot.  If you want an authentic Italian dining experience, this is definitely a great opportunity.  If you haven’t dined here and are considering it, then you definitely want to check out these eight things you need to know about Tutto Italia:

8 – How to get to the location.

Tutto Italia Ristorante is located in the Italy pavilion at Epcot’s World Showcase. The Italy pavilion is located between Germany and the American Pavilion. There are a couple of ways to get to the location. You can head out to the World Showcase and head to the left by Mexico and walk up that way. That would be the fastest walking way coming from the front of the park. If the boat is there, there is a boat that goes from the front of World Showcase to Germany, and then you can walk from there. Just be sure to take the boat to the left, coming from the front.

7 – Make an Advanced Dining Reservation.

You will definitely need a dining reservation for the location. You will want to make the reservation as early as possible to get the best times. Dining reservations can be made 60 days in advance of your stay. It doesn’t cost anything to make a reservation, so it’s definitely a good idea to plan early.

6 – This is indoor and outdoor seating.

For guests that like to dine outdoors, this is a location that offers that option. You have indoor dining options and outdoor dining options that overlook the Italy pavilion for beautiful views. The seating is covered so that you aren’t directly in the sun, which is nice, too. The nighttime dining outside is my favorite!

5 – The view and atmosphere are fantastic.                      

The restaurant overlooks the beautiful Italy pavilion. You almost feel like you really are dining in a small town in Italy. There are beautiful murals of Italian scenes, elaborate lighting, and chandelier fixtures inside the restaurant. It is an incredibly romantic atmosphere, filled with the romance of Italy and the beautiful architecture and art.

4 – Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar is next door.

The restaurant has a fantastic wine menu, just like you would expect from any good Italian restaurant. This is extremely convenient when there is a wine bar right next door. The wine bar, Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar, is a lounge area right next to the restaurant where you can dine on delicious appetizers and samplings and enjoy a robust Italian wine list. If you don’t have a reservation, this may be an excellent option to get a taste of Italy.

3 – There are discounts accepted at the restaurant.

You will definitely want to ask about the different discounts offered at the restaurant to be sure that you get the best deal. The discounts that are typically offered are Annual Passholder discounts, DVC member discounts, cast member discounts, and maybe others. It is always a good idea to ask the restaurant what discounts are available to take advantage of the best deal you can get. If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, those entitlements are accepted, and it is only one entitlement.

2 – There is an allergy-friendly menu to accommodate special diets.

Disney is phenomenal about accommodating special dietary needs at their restaurants. Guests with allergies, particularly gluten, may be concerned about eating at an Italian restaurant with all of the pasta. There is an allergy-friendly menu available for guests who need it. Guests can also speak with the chef to make special requests, and the chef can also present options that may not be on the menu.

1 – The food is delicious, authentic Italian food.

The food at the restaurant is definitely amazing! We love the menu there. The lasagna is one of my favorites. The traditional cannoli is one of my favorite desserts, and it is exceptional at Tutto Italia. We love the wine accompaniments and the delicious salad offerings. There is just something for everyone here, and it is probably the best thing you can get to enjoy Italy without actually traveling to Italy.
