10 DO’s and DON’Ts for Disney’s FastPass+ System

5 – DON’T use FastPass+ for shows.

Disney World Entertainment is top-notch and should be on your must-do list. However, generally there are a lot of seats available at most shows like The Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo-The Musical, and Fantasmic. Unless it is a very busy day, such as Christmas, you’ll likely get a seat since the shows are offered multiple times a day. However, if you really care about seeing a show from a seating that is closer to the stage or at a particular time, then this may not be good advice for you. But in general, we find it to be a waste to use FastPass+ for shows.  The shows hold a ton of people and you are very likely to get in no matter when you show up.  We like to save our FastPass+ for rides where there are actual wait times rather than for a show where it really isn’t needed to get in and get a great seat.
