7 Newest Offerings at Disney World You Don’t Want to Miss

In the last year, Walt Disney World has seen many new offerings!  Below is the rundown of the newest offerings at Disney World that you don’t want to miss!

7 – Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana at EPCOT

Guests visiting EPCOT can voyage into an all-new adventure with Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana. Guests can explore a beautifully landscaped walking trail with fun and surprises around each turn as they engage with water in magical ways like Moana did with the ocean – from a simple greeting to a high five or even a crashing wave of fun. This lush and tropical path is the first Disney Parks experience to immerse guests into a world inspired by the hit Walt Disney Animation Studios film, “Moana.” The newest attraction in Walt Disney World is part of a multi-year transformation of EPCOT as the Walt Disney Company continues to invest in growth across its theme parks and create unique experiences for guests.

6 – World Celebration Gardens at EPCOT

On December 5, 2023, World Celebration Gardens opened at EPCOT. The new area includes Dreamers Point, where guests can draw inspiration from the new “Walt the Dreamer” statue, which shows Walt later in his life when he was dreaming up the initial concepts for the park and the overall Florida Project. His relaxed and reflective demeanor was important to the design of this statue, a nod to the pure optimism he felt for the future and the magic of possibility that was the basis for the dream he never saw come to life.

The beautiful greenspaces throughout the World Celebration Gardens feature ample seating and shade and a central planter based on the five rings of the iconic EPCOT logo. Guests are invited to connect with one another and the nature around them in this lush new area. Each of the garden spaces has its own identity and changes with the EPCOT festivals throughout the year.

5 – Luminous the Symphony of Us at EPCOT

A brand new nighttime spectacular, “Luminous the Symphony of Us,” also debuted on December 5. It brings guests together around World Showcase Lagoon and shines a light on the shared experiences that connect people across the globe. The new show is the perfect finale for a memorable day at EPCOT, with a dazzling display of fireworks, fountains, lights, and music.

Much like a beautiful piece of music, “Luminous the Symphony of Us” is made up of a series of movements representing common themes of the human experience. Guests can expect to hear new arrangements of iconic Disney hits that enliven the story. The fountains and the fireworks are beautiful! You don’t want to miss this!

A special 12-mont exhibit from the George W. Bush’s personal commitment and the ongoing work of the Bush Institute’s Veterans and Military Families program. The exhibit brings together more than 60 full-color portraits painted by President Bush of service members and veterans who have served the nation with honor since 9/11 and whom the President has come to know personally since leaving office.

In summer 2024, guests can dance and sing along to the música of the Disney Animation Studios film “Encanto.” “¡Celebración Encanto!” is a limited-time show that celebrates culture, magic, and family, or as the Family Madrigal would say, “culture, magia y familia.” This is the first show to debut on the newly completed CommuniCore Plaza Stage.

Right next to CommuniCore Plaza Stage, a new quick-service food-and-beverage destination called “Festival Favorites” offers guests a rotating menu of some of the most popular items from the four seasonal EPCOT festivals and is a place to relax and recharge.
