New in 2015 – 7 More Ways to Love Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival
It’s no secret, we love Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival. It just keeps getting better and this year is no different. Disney has unveiled seven new festival experiences that will take your experience to another level. If you are interested in these packages note that advance reservations are highly recommended and most are on select dates. With all the things there are to already love, here are seven more.
1 – Tasting Sampler Package 2015
If you want an easy way to experience the global marketplaces and get priority seating for the Eat to the Beat concert, then the Tasting Sampler Package is the way to go! You’ll be able to “taste your way around the world” like never before with an entitlement credential to choose from over 200 menu items. A limited number of packages are available each day. - Custom credential with 8 entitlement tabs for food or beverage items of your choice at over 30 Food & Wine Festival Global Marketplaces (some exclusions may apply and will be listed on the credential)

2 – Food & Wine Premium Package
If you’ll be visiting the festival during the week, then you may want to choose this package. Use your package from Monday through Thursday, and you’ll be able to relax in special shaded premium package areas that include concierge service. A cast member will go purchase your booth items and bring them back to you–no lines! You’ll receive 4 entitlement tags for use in the package areas running concierge service. So this means you’ll get 4 booth menu items included with your package. Also included are tickets to your choice of special Food & Wine Festival events such as a culinary demonstration or a beverage seminar. Finally, you’ll receive a take home an amenity bag filled with exclusive Food & Wine merchandise that includes a bottle of 20th Anniversary Celebratory Wine, a wine glass, and one festival-themed MagicBand. 3 – Rockin’ Burger Block Party
Taking place at the World ShowPlace Events Pavilion, this burger loving event will have you tasting specialty sliders created by Disney chef. The burgers and beverages are inspired by the rock n roll music that DJs will play while you eat and drink the night away!
There are three different seating options. The Nosh Pit seating is $199 per person, reserved seating is $119 per person, and finally, the block party (limited seating) is $99 per person. All prices include gratuity, but separate Epcot admission is required.

4 – What’s Cookin’ With…
Have you dreamed of cooking with a celebrity chef? Dream no more. Now you can start your day with brunch joined by a special celebrity chef. You’ll dine on your guest of honor’s favorite dishes as they offer culinary insights.

5 – Beverage Boot Camp
During the Beverage Boot Camp Series, you’ll receive 2-hour instruction from a prestigious expert. Choose between “Exploring Wines from 1996” on September 27 and “I’ll Take Manhattans: History and Origins of Aromatic Bitters” on October 18. This event takes place at East Hall at WorldShowPlace Events Pavilion from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm on select Sundays. 6 – Japanese Craft Beer Tasting
If you’ve been itching to sample first-rate Japanese craft beer and cuisine, then you don’t want to miss this opportunity! This is the most budget friendly option to go beyond the “normal” Food & Wine experience. For just $40, you’ll enjoy a flight of authentic Japanese craft beers, each with its own flavor profile, along with plates of traditional fare, in an outdoor setting. This event takes place on September 30, October 7, 14, 21, and 28 and November 4 and 11 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Katsura Garden Deck in Japan. 7 – Tokyo Pairing
For more Asian delights consider the Tokyo Pairing option new this year. You’ll sample hot and cold dishes that showcase Japan’s artful presentation and mastery of cuisine. You’ll experience 3 pairings of Japanese cuisine with sake and craft beer. This experience takes place in Tokyo Dining, in Japan at Epcot on Thursdays from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm.
